It is a great, quick, easy, convenient, smart way to get it done on time and not lose information and easy convert to financials, institutes, and customers. Easy to access anywhere you need it as you travel and and on the ground.
Vorteile
Being able to do everything just at your fingertips. No running around, so easy to invoice customers and get paid fast and online. So convenient to just have everything in one place at you fingertips and get it done!
Nachteile
It doesn't always let you print just exactly what areas you want to show. It is a diffidently see anything online tool. Which can be easy & great along as you have the connection to the internet.

Do NOT use Quickbooks for your small to mid-size company
If you can not get help or get a refund for the product, there are no benefits.
Vorteile
It was easy to use and performs for very simple functions.
Nachteile
If you have any isses with QB there is no one to call that can help. Call center is overseas. Answers given are not correct and do not rectify issues. Just hope you have a friend that you can call.If you request a refund, the call is dropped or a CSR will promise a refund, but refunds are never received as promised, no matter how many times you call.

Quickbooks is great for small business!!!
I was a die hard Peachtree user for years and really did not care for Quickbooks but it seems that now Quickbooks has changed some of its processes and it's much more advanced and I have been very happy with it.
Vorteile
Very user friendly and daily reports are only a few clicks away
Nachteile
There are a couple of things that I wish could be upgraded for instance it would be great if we could receive a credit against a PO and if there were more than (2) bank account options for direct deposit in payroll.

QB Pro Great Choice for mid sized businesses
Very happily used Desktop for 15+ years and would have continued indefinitely. It is easy to reconcile, create customized invoices, etc. It might be little too much for small businesses, but it was perfect for handling needs of mid-sized service based business.
Vorteile
Love using desktop--It is so easy to use, and predictable and correct which is something lacking from QB online. Had to only reach out to support maybe 3 times in 15+ years. Loved the key shortcuts and how I could always rely that my work was saved --it was never quirky, just great workhorse.
Nachteile
Moved to QB online after many years of desktop, but desktop always will be favorite. Inconvenient to not have everything easily online but functionality still great
