Über Corsizio
Corsizio ist eine cloudbasierte Registrierungslösung für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, Schulen, Veranstaltungsorganisatoren und Ausbildende. Die Lösung hilft bei der Verwaltung von Teilnehmenden an privaten oder öffentlichen Kursen, Workshops, Lehrgängen, Schulungen und anderen Veranstaltungen. Zu den Hauptfunktionen gehören Kontoverwaltung und Online-Zahlungen sowie Tools zur Erfassung von Feedback.
Nutzer können nutzerdefinierte Registrierungsfelder wie Daten, Kategorien, Preisklassen, Orte und Altersgruppen festlegen. Mit der Lösung können Organisierende Zahlungen von einer Klasse in eine andere Klasse übertragen, Rückerstattungen ausstellen, Aktivitätsnotizen verfolgen, Wartelisten erstellen und Anmeldedaten im CSV- oder PDF-Format exportieren.
Mit der Ausbilderverwaltungsfunktion von Corsizio können Nutzer Profile von Ausbildenden verwalten. Die Profile können Vitas und Fotos enthalten und auf der Veranstaltungsseite angezeigt werden. E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen können an alle Ausbildende gesendet werden, die mit einer Veranstaltung zu tun haben. Nutzer können auch Berichte zu Teilnehmerinformationen und den Gesamteinnahmen aus Veranstaltungen in Echtzeit anzeigen.
Die Dienste werden pro Monat und Registrierung abgerechnet.

Great software
Overall a very easy system to get up and running with a very professional look and feel. I love the fact that this software is so much faster than Eventbrite.
Vorteile
I switched from Eventbrite and love using Corsizio. It is faster to set up new events and easier to administer existing events. I like that it connects with Zapier into my CRM system.
Nachteile
I don't like the fact that Corsizio does not let me pass on the ticket fees to the buyer. I can raise the course price to offset the cost, but the buyer sees it as a higher price. Would be nice if the buyer saw the fees as a line item on their ticket receipt. This would save me thousands of dollars per year. I also don't like the fact that there are no affiliate marketing capabilities. And some minor user interface changes are desired on the course registration page. It would be nice if Corsizio could work with Affirm or some other company that could enable a student to pay over time. Eventbrite used to offer this feature where students could pay over time using Affirm but they removed it and used Paypal instead, which is not as good as Affirm was.

Thank you for the great feedback. We are happy to hear that Corsizio is able to facilitate your registration needs with an easier and cleaner process flow. Regarding passing fees to customers, we have a very informative help doc on that, which explains all the different ways you can do it, including having a separate add-on item on the registration form for the fees you desire to collect from your customers. We recommend rolling the fees within the price to not discourage your customers by showing additional required fees. Still, you can fully have it show up as a separate required add-on item to pay for upon registration. Reach out to us, and we will be happy to explain further.

A Great Solution for Class Registration Management
Our experience with Corsizio has been excellent. Since moving to their platform we have saved money, saved time & energy managing our class registrations and have saved our class administrators a ton of grey hair. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an inexpensive but powerful online class registration system.
Vorteile
Corsizio is extremely easy to configure and use. We were set up and running with the platform within just a couple of days. The admin menus & settings are intuitive and there is enough control to customize the platform to your liking, without having so many options as to be overwhelming. It is super easy to add classes, add registrants, transfer registrants between classes, issue coupons & refunds, process credit cards and all of the other admin tasks involved with managing class registrations. Their support, both in-person and online is excellent, and their pricing model is incredibly fair.
Nachteile
A WYSIWYG editor for class descriptions and emails would be nice. Having to learn/use markdown formatting is a bit cumbersome. And it would be helpful if Corsizio integrated with payment solutions other than just Stripe.

Very good event booking solution with room for improvement in paymant methods
I like Corsizio, it's a powerful tool to manage event bookings.
If there were additional payment methods I would advise everyone to use Corsizio.
Vorteile
Setting up, cloning and modifying of events is absolutely simple. There are all functions you need to manage your bookings or send informations to your participants.
Nachteile
Unfortunately payment methods like PayPal or direct debit which are mostly used in Germany are not supported. Therefore the whole payment checking and confirmation process has to be done manually.

Great Tool
Overall I would recommend this sign up platform. The great thing is that you can try it out without having the pay for anything.
Vorteile
This has been the right sign up software for our youth ministry. We run all of our event sign ups through Corsizio. It has promoted great communication and aided in access to registering for our events. Plus, we love that people can see upcoming events and all of the sign up information. They walk you through every step of the process to create an event, and it's customizable for your demographic/area. I also enjoy the auto e-mails to participants.
Nachteile
It would be nice for free events, in the registration if someone didn't even have to see a charge of $0 but it could simply disappear. It would be nice if they developed an app for the software so you could create event sign ups on the go when you weren't at a computer. I also wish the entire registration form was customizable, so my students and parents wouldn't get confused as to whose e-mail I want.

So easy and comprehensive
Very good service and response times. Absolutely delighted to have chosen Corsizio, having reviewed many similar services before.
Vorteile
Love the fact that we can categorise events and also set some many parameters for each event exclusively, such as number of attendees, cut-off dates for bookings and discount coupons.
Nachteile
There have been a few features that would have made things even easier for us, but we found workarounds with the help of the Corsizio team.
The main frustration is how it handles VAT - as we would prefer to show our prices inclusive of VAT and be clear about that, so that students know exactly what they will be paying for our courses/events.
