An easy and FUN way to say thank you
Overall experience has been great, as mentioned above it is an easy and quick way to show someone that they matter as a part of your team. Actions speak louder than words, and by giving some kudos to someone who is doing great in their position, it is the just the icing on top of the thank you that you already gave them!
Vorteile
I love Kudos because it is that extra little something to tell a coworker thank you or that you appreciate them! I love being able to award team members for their work and then they can turn around and use those Kudos to buy themselves something special. Kudos is a creative way to give back to those people who help you or make your work day better! I love giving and receiving KUDOS! :)

the overall experience is wonderful - great for appreciating and motivating your peers, getting recognised by your peers and your manager. Has monetary values for the kudos points that you receive.
Vorteile
peer to peer recognition helps in appreciating the work among peers, helps them to motivate each other and reap monetary values for their work ! rewards are in coupons which help in redeeming monetary benefits (buying products) from popular sites like amazon, flipkarts etc.
Nachteile
the value of kudos could be increased, as its very minimal, peers happens to misuse as sharing among each other rather than recognition..

Recognition made easy
I love it, I use it everyday and recommend its use to everyone irrespective of your job level.
Vorteile
The structure and ease of use has allowed me to very easily recognize my peers , leaders and staff. The integrated dashboards also creates competitiveness which makes it even more fun.
Nachteile
The software needs to have some build in moderation to identify "fake" recognition's. An exceptional category gets selected with the contents saying thank you.

I am happy with the performance since i am using Kudos.
Vorteile
Kudos is a path to connect with team members and recognise their work and appreciate them.
Nachteile
In my point of view there is nothing to say to be improved because need requirements are covering with their features.

Fun system for employee recognition and rewards
Positive.
Vorteile
It's great to have an easy way for everyone on a team to recognize each other, offering both public praise and meaningful monetary value through gift cards. It encourages everyone to think at least once a month about how they appreciate their colleagues, and makes people feel appreciated. Warm fuzzies on both sides.
Nachteile
The public display of rewards giving seems backwards — at a glance, the giver looks like the recipient, and vice versa. Also, it would be nice if it were easy to see how many points a colleague has given you, in addition to the written praise that goes along with the points. Why not put that points number in the email notification? Also, more "select qualities" are needed beyond the ones that are offered — you know, the things like "accountability" and "bold innovation." I often don't find relevant words in there, so I end up choosing random words that aren't quite right.
